The budget and deadline were tight. We managed to organise Damon to a studio near us and film him against a green screen. Our proposed treatment was rather loose as we weren’t exactly sure what Damon would be comfortable doing. So we didn’t go in with a storyboard. We had this idea of filming Damon and treating him a little like Max Headroom (if you’re old enough to remember him?)

After a bit of friendly coaxing, we managed to persuade Damon that this spontaneous, offbeat movement would come across as pretty cool once we pieced it all together. Thankfully, Damon showed remarkable trust in our vision and wholeheartedly immersed himself in this playful endeavour. Once we had gathered enough footage, we kicked off the editing and compositing phase for the music video, taking a relaxed and natural approach to its creation.
