Description:
My first time directing using a motion control rig, and that was fun. We had 4 cars, 1 day and a minimal crew - yet managed to capture enough to make 4 films highlighting sales points of each car. It required some meticulous planning. A conscientious crew who knew what they were doing, but also support each department. Initially I’d wanted to explore being more creative with the graphics, but it was decided that as these films were going to be nationwide in every showroom, they needed to be clear, direct and engaging.
