Description:
This film never quite got released due to internal reasons, although the film was completed. It was a simple explainer film of a journey. I’m not going to say more than that. There were some nice moments, especially the little red bird that tied the whole thing together.
PROCESS
As always, the process began with a storyboard, developing ideas in collaboration with the team based on the script. Exploring different ways to tell the story through captions but also keeping the aesthetic of the film clearly on brand. Once the boards had been finalised, an animatic was created and, once signed off, each scene was animated. The film film did under go some edit tweaks just to make sure the film delivered the message in the clearest, most dynamic way possible.
